Seadsime eile \u00f5htul lapsega sammud teise Rapla otsa poodi ja ostsin aprikoosid \u00e4ra. Poodi l\u00e4ksime me rohkem tegelikult suhkru p\u00e4rast, sest koju on siginenud ports \u00f5unu ja al\u00f5tshasid, mis tahavad moosiks keetimist. Kuna ma aga juba mitu p\u00e4eva tagasi salvestasin \u00fche curd-i retsepti, siis m\u00f5tlesin, mis seal ikka &#8211; teen l\u00f5puks ka selle valmis :)<br \/>\nJa nii see tegu k\u00e4is:<\/p>\n<p>Pesin, l\u00f5ikasin pooleks, eemaldasin kivid neljal suuremal aprikoosil.<br \/>\nL\u00f5ikasin nad v\u00e4iksemateks t\u00fckkideks, panin potti ja lisasin vett nii palju, et see kataks aprikoose.<br \/>\nKeetsin aprikoose seni, kuni nad olid t\u00e4itsa kenasti pehmed.<br \/>\nValasin umbes poole vedelikust \u00e4ra ja \u00fclej\u00e4\u00e4nud vee koos aprikoosidega ja ubes 200 g suhkruga p\u00fcreestasin saumikseriga.<br \/>\nLasin pisut jahtuda ning surusin massi l\u00e4bi s\u00f5ela.<br \/>\nJ\u00e4tsin p\u00fcree jahtuma.<br \/>\nKui p\u00fcree oli peaaegu k\u00fclm, vahustasi 4 suuremat muna heledaks, sametiseks vahuks ning lisasin selle p\u00fcreele.<br \/>\nSegasin korralikult l\u00e4bi ning kuumutasin massi n\u00f5rgal tulel, kuni segu hakkas paksenema.<br \/>\nSegada tuleb kogu aeg, muidu v\u00f5ib see hea maius p\u00f5hja k\u00f5rbeda v\u00f5i muna t\u00fckki t\u00f5mmata.<br \/>\nKui mass paksenenud, lisasin umbes 120 g t\u00fckeldatud v\u00f5id ning segasin kuni v\u00f5i sulamiseni.<br \/>\nViimasena lisasin 1 sidruni mahla.<br \/>\nSidrunimahla v\u00f5ib lisada maitse j\u00e4rgi. Kellele meeldib v\u00e4hem hapukam, v\u00f5ib piirduda poole sidruniga. <\/p>\n<p>Edasi j\u00e4tsin v\u00f5ide jahtuma, aeg ajalt seda segades.
