Jah, sammuke juba s\u00fcgisele l\u00e4hemale, aga see &#8211; eest kirjule, mahlasele, p\u00f5nevale&#8230;loodan, et ka soojale :)<br \/>\nN\u00e4dalavahetusel maal toimetades t\u00f5desin, et ploom v\u00f5tab juba sinakat ilmet, pihlakas on t\u00e4itsa s\u00e4rav, \u00f5unad potsatavad ise alla, tikrid olid nii pehmed ja magus- magusad ja s\u00f5strad sillerdavad p\u00e4ikeses kaunilt ja mahlaselt. H\u00fc\u00fcavad muudkui m\u00f6\u00f6dujale &#8211; korja mind :) Ja kui ilusad on kasvuhoones tomatid ning kui h\u00e4sti seal l\u00f5hnab!!! Jah, aias on praegu v\u00e4ga m\u00f5nus ja maitsev hooaeg.<br \/>\nKuid. Nii nagu v\u00e4rvikirevast kevadest sai roheline suvi, nii hakkab s\u00fcgise saabumine lisama loodusesse j\u00e4lle v\u00e4rve. Seekord aga mitte \u00f5rnu ja heledaid vaid k\u00fcpseid ja eredaid :) Ja polegi enam kaugel aeg, kui saab \u00f6elda &#8211; k\u00f5ik k\u00f5ik on uus, septembrikuus :) Imede ime, \u00fcle aastate ei l\u00e4he meil sel aastal mitte keegi kooli :) Midagi uut on sellegipoolest igas septembris :)<\/p>\n<p>Ja keeksist:<\/p>\n<p>7 dl jahu<br \/>\n1 spl kaneeli<br \/>\n1 tl soodat<br \/>\n1 tl soola<br \/>\n150 g v\u00f5id v\u00f5i margariini<\/p>\n<p>4 dl suhkrut<br \/>\n3 suurt muna v\u00f5i 4 v\u00e4ikest<br \/>\n7 dl \u00f5unakuubikuid (3-4 suurt \u00f5una)<\/p>\n<p>Soovi korral v\u00f5ib lisada veel p\u00e4hkleid &#8211; kellele millised meeldivad. Mina tein ainult \u00f5untega. <\/p>\n<p>Valmistamine:<\/p>\n<p>Kuumuta ahi 180 kraadini. Sega kokku jahu, kaneel, sooda ja sool. T\u00f5sta k\u00f5rvale.<br \/>\nPane mikserikaussi  toasoe v\u00f5i, suhkur ja munad ning vahusta suurel kiirusel kollaseks vahuseks kreemiks. Sega mikseri keskmisel kiirusel v\u00e4hehaaval hulka kuivained. Kalla taigna hulka \u00f5unad, sega l\u00e4bi.<br \/>\nVala taigen keeksivormi (mina kasutan vormis ka k\u00fcpsetuspaberit) ja k\u00fcpseta ahjus umbes 60-70 minutit.
