Mm, \u00fcksi m\u00f5te viib keele alla.<br \/>\nSeega nii ongi et k\u00f5ik rabarberid, mis meile saadetakse, l\u00e4hevad k\u00e4iku ja mis ei l\u00e4he, need t\u00fckeldan \u00e4ra ja panen s\u00fcgavk\u00fclma. Tahaks ju talvelgi head ja paremat, kuigi v\u00e4rske kraam on ikka vaieldamatult parim.<br \/>\nHulga aastaid kasutasin ma \u00fchte suht lollikindlat varianti rabarberikoogi tegemiseks. Vahest lihtsa koogina, vahest muna &#8211; hapukoore kattega. Sel aastal proovisin teha midagi muud ja tulemus oli fantastiliselt hea. N\u00fc\u00fcd teen seda kooki juba mitmendat korda ja ei t\u00fcdine m\u00f5nust m\u00f5misemast :)<\/p>\n<p><center><a href=\"\/pildid\/673\/IMG_6435-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/pildid\/673\/IMG_6435-1v.jpg\" alt=\" sinilill \" \/><\/a><\/center><\/p>\n<p>P\u00fchap\u00e4eval ostsin \u00fcle hulga aja koju \u00fche uue lauan\u00f5u. Sellesama kauni vaagna, mis on koogi all. Oh, ma armusin esimesest pilgust sellesse suurte isu\u00e4ratavate vaarikatega vaagnasse :) <\/p>\n<p>Aga koogist endast:<\/p>\n<p>Umbes 150 g taluv\u00f5id toasoojana mikserdada 1 dl suhkruga.<br \/>\nVahustamise ajal lisan 2 muna.<br \/>\nSegan omavahel 2,5 dl jahu ja 0,5 tl k\u00fcpsetuspulbrit + 2 tl vaniljesuhkrut.<br \/>\nLisan v\u00f5i &#8211; suhkru &#8211; muna massile.<br \/>\nViimasena lisan 2-3 spl piima. <\/p>\n<p>Kooritud &#8211; t\u00fckeldatud rabarberid panen lahtik\u00e4iva vormi p\u00f5hja, mis on eelnevalt vooderdatud k\u00fcpsetuspaberiga,<br \/>\nSinna peale taignamass ning l\u00f5puks peale veel palju rabarbereid.
