Kreeka klassikaline supp.<br \/>\nMul oli t\u00e4na plaanis niikuinii teha kanasupp, seega v\u00e4ike vaheldus kulus t\u00e4pselt marjaks \u00e4ra.<br \/>\nKanasupi jaoks on mul alati \u00fcks osa kanast s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmas, sest kui ostan, ostan terve kana ja sealt saab siis juba kaks erinevat s\u00f6\u00f6ki. <\/p>\n<p>Ja retsept ise :)<\/p>\n<p>Kirjutan siia raamaturetsepti, aga ise tegin v\u00e4ikeste erinevustega, sest ma kasutasin mitte tervet kana, vaid osa kanast :)<\/p>\n<p>1 kana<br \/>\n1  valge sibul<br \/>\n1 sellerivars koos lehtedega<br \/>\n1 suur porgand<br \/>\nm\u00f5ned petersellivarred<br \/>\nm\u00f5ned musta pipra terad<br \/>\n100g pikateralist riisi<br \/>\n2 muna<br \/>\n2 sidruni mahl<\/p>\n<p>Kana panna koos sibula, selleri, porgandi peterselli ja pipraga keema. Lisaks soola.<br \/>\nPeale keema t\u00f5usmist eemaldada vaht ja keeta umbes 1,5 tundi. T\u00f5sta seej\u00e4rel kana taldrikule. N\u00f5ruta leem l\u00e4bi s\u00f5ela, puulusikaga kergelt k\u00f6\u00f6giviljadele surudes, et mahl v\u00e4lja tuleks.<br \/>\nLeen pane potti tagasi, lisa riis ja keeda veel 15 minutit, kuni riis on pehme. <\/p>\n<p>Vahusta munad, lisa sidrunimahl. Lisa kulbit\u00e4is keeva leent samal ajal vahustades, et muna kokku ei t\u00f5mbaks. Lisa veel pisut leent ja siis kalla see k\u00f5ik potti. Kuumuta pisut, kuni muna l\u00e4bi soojeneb. Lisa pisut soola ja pipart ja serveeri. Soovi korral t\u00fckelda sisse kana.<\/p>\n<p>Sellele klassikalisele Kreeka supile v\u00f5ib lisada ka t\u00fc\u00fcmiani ja teisi \u00fcrte. Kreekas valmistatakse seda suppi ka paastu l\u00f5petamiseks. Vahest hoopis lambast :)<br \/>\nMuna ja sidrun on Kreeka suppide ja kastmete maitsestamisel v\u00e4ga populaarne. <\/p>\n<p>Kui n\u00fc\u00fcd minna aga tagasi minu supi juurde, siis mida ma veel seal tegin teisiti.<br \/>\nKeedetud sibula, porgandi jne surusin l\u00e4bi s\u00f5ela k\u00f5ik supi hulka. Antud retseptis t\u00f5steti nad lihtsalt koos kanaga potist v\u00e4lja ja s\u00f6\u00f6di koos jahtunud kanaga teise k\u00e4iguna. Mulle meeldis supis just see p\u00fcreeline juurvili. Peterselli j\u00e4tsin v\u00e4lja, sest mulle lihtsalt selle maitse ei meeldi. Riisiks kasutasin tavalise pikateralise ja metsiku riisi segu. Sidrunit panin pisut v\u00e4hem. Kuna kasutusel oli kanast vaid keskmine osa, siis t\u00fckeldasin ka selle liha kenasti potti tagasi.<br \/>\nP\u00fc\u00fcdsin k\u00fcll, aga \u00f5ige pisut l\u00e4ks muna ikkagi t\u00fckki. Selleks on k\u00fcll oma p\u00f5hjus ja selle p\u00f5hjuse p\u00f5hjustaja, millest ma siinkohal ei r\u00e4\u00e4gi :)<\/p>\n<p>Supp sai igatahes maitsev.
