Juba reedel r\u00e4\u00e4kisime me aga sellest, et p\u00e4rast suurt t\u00f6\u00f6d tuleb ta meile k\u00fclla.<br \/>\nNii v\u00f5tsingi ette pisikeste pehmete kohupiimaruudukeste tegemise. <\/p>\n<p>Sulatasin paki taluv\u00f5id. Selliseks pehmeks, mitte p\u00e4ris vedelaks.<br \/>\nTeises kausis segasin 3,5 dl jahu, 0,5 tl soodat ja pisut soola.<br \/>\nSegasin omavahel kokku v\u00f5i ja jahusegu ning lisasin umbes 300 g kodust teralist kohupiima<br \/>\nK\u00f5ik ained segatud, lisasin veel umbes detsiliitri suhrut, segasin ja panin taigna k\u00fclma. Kuna tegin samal ajal makaronivormi, siis tainas seisi kapis peaaegu tund aega. <\/p>\n<p>Puistasin lauale pisut jahu, rullisin taigna neljakandiliseks t\u00fckis ja t\u00f5stsin k\u00fcpsetuspaberiga kaetud plaadile.<br \/>\nKloppisin lahti \u00fche muna, millega m\u00e4\u00e4risin kokku taignap\u00f5hja.<br \/>\nPeale puistasin suhkrut, kaneeli ja jahvatatud mandlipuru. Seda viimast kohe ohtrasti. <\/p>\n<p>Ja n\u00fc\u00fcd l\u00e4ks ahjuplaat taignaga juba makaronivormist sooja ahju umbes 15 -20 minutiks.<br \/>\nAhjust v\u00e4lja v\u00f5etud nn koogil lasin veidi aega jahtuda ja l\u00f5ikasin sobiva suurusega t\u00fckkideks.<br \/>\nV\u00e4ga h\u00e4sti maitsesid.
