Roog sellest, mida kapis oli.<br \/>\nK\u00f5igepealt panin potti keema lillkapsa. T\u00fckeldasin \u00f5isiku v\u00e4ikesteks osadeks ja panin koos v\u00e4hese soolaga keema.<br \/>\nSamal ajal panin pannile s\u00e4risema suvik\u00f5rvitsa t\u00fckid. Eelnevalt siis seemned eemaldatud ja viilutatud. Kergelt \u00fcle praetud, lisasin \u00fcks 20 cm (viilutatud) porrut. Hautasin k\u00f5ik kenasti peaaegu valmis, lisasin aroomisoola, hispaania maitseainet ja veidi pipart. Seej\u00e4rel l\u00e4ks hulka peot\u00e4is t\u00fckeldatud \u00c5\u00a1ampinjone ja \u00fcks t\u00fckeldatud suitsetatud kanakints. Kui kogu gem\u00fc\u00fcse oli kenasti hautatud, pigistasin peale veel poole laimi mahla ning h\u00fcva roog oligi serveerimiseks valmis. Potis oli selle ajaga valminud lillkapsas, millelt valasin vee ja lisasin taluv\u00f5id ning suts r\u00f5\u00f5ska koort. Laps s\u00f5i ja kiitis.
