Mulle sellised olukorrad vahest t\u00e4itsa meeldivad, sest panevad kenasti looovuse t\u00f6\u00f6le ja endalegi \u00fcllatuseks v\u00f5lub sellest t\u00fchjast k\u00fclmikust v\u00e4lja maitsva l\u00f5unas\u00f6\u00f6gi tervele perele. Eks mingid eeldused peavad selleks ikka jah olema. Elementarsed toiduained &#8211; muna, v\u00f5i, jahu, hapukoor. Edasi juba saab hakata kombineerima. <\/p>\n<p>Soolane lahtine pirukas:<\/p>\n<p>P\u00f5hi: 100 g v\u00f5id<br \/>\n      1 munarebu<br \/>\n      1 dl jahu<br \/>\n      natuke soola<\/p>\n<p>Koostiaseined hakkida ja suruda palliks. Pooleks tunniks k\u00fclmkappi.<\/p>\n<p>Kate: k\u00fclmkappi seisma j\u00e4\u00e4nud Pitsip\u00e4evalt ostetud maasutisusingi servad. Hakitud<br \/>\n      2 porgandit, riivida toorelt (kasvab omal aias)<br \/>\n      1 keedetud kartul riivida( oli j\u00e4rgi eelmisest p\u00e4evast)<br \/>\n      4 tk hakitud p\u00e4ikesekuivatatud tomatit (purk seisab alati k\u00fclmikus)<br \/>\n      1\/2 karpi toorjuustu<br \/>\n      1\/2 hakitud sibulat<br \/>\n      1 muna ja 2 munavalget ( munavalged j\u00e4id j\u00e4rgi kahest koogip\u00f5jast)<br \/>\n      200 g hapukoort<br \/>\n      1 suurem viilutatud tomat(juba saab r\u00f5dult)<br \/>\n       v\u00e4ike riivitud juustut\u00fckk<br \/>\n      3-4 lehekest basiilikut ( kasvab aknalaual)<\/p>\n<p>Kata \u00fcmmargune lahtik\u00e4iv koogivorm k\u00fcpsetuspaberiga ja suru p\u00f5hja ning veidi k\u00fclgedele laiali tainapall. <\/p>\n<p>Sega t\u00e4idise koostisained, v\u00e4lja arvatud tomat ja juust.<br \/>\nKalla t\u00e4idis p\u00f5hjale, puista peale hakitud basiilik, laota peale tomatikettad ja pane ahju. Kuumuseks 200 ja k\u00fcpseta nii 40 minutit. Siis v\u00f5ta korraks v\u00e4lja, riivi peale juust ja pane korraks ahju tagasi. <\/p>\n<p>Valmis s\u00f6\u00f6miseks :)<\/p>\n<p><center><a href=\"\/pildid\/874\/IMG_9203.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/pildid\/874\/IMG_9203.jpg\" alt=\"lahtine pirukas\" \/><\/a><\/center><\/p>\n<p><center><a href=\"\/pildid\/874\/IMG_9206.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/pildid\/874\/IMG_9206.jpg\" alt=\"lahtine pirukas\" \/><\/a><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Magus kook:<\/p>\n<p>P\u00f5hi: 100 g v\u00f5id<br \/>\n      1 munarebu<br \/>\n      1 dl jahu<br \/>\n      natuke soola<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4idis:  Umbes poole liitrise tassi jagu marju ( mina panin musti s\u00f5straid, sinikaid, vaarikaid)<br \/>\n\t 4 sl\tkartulijahu<br \/>\n         0.5 dl\tsuhkrut<br \/>\n         200 g\thapukoort<br \/>\n         1 sl   fariinsuhkur( tasub hoida k\u00fclmkapis, s\u00e4ilib kaua v\u00e4rskena)<br \/>\n         2\tmuna<\/p>\n<p>Haki k\u00fclm v\u00f5i jahu ja suhkruga segamini. Lisa munakollane ja n\u00e4puotsat\u00e4is soola.<br \/>\nKeera tainas kilesse ja pane pooleks tunniks k\u00fclmkappi.<br \/>\nKata k\u00fcpsetuspaberiga koogivormi p\u00f5hi ja \u00e4\u00e4red. Vajuta tainas sellele laiali, kattes natuke ka vormi k\u00fclgi.<br \/>\n Sega marjad kartulijahu ja suhkruga ning kalla koogip\u00f5hjale.<br \/>\n Sega hapukoor fariinsuhkru ja munadega.
