Nii ongi meil v\u00f5imalus teha juba varakevadel rabarberikooke ja kisselli. Ja kevadel on see t\u00f5eline m\u00f5nu. Aiamaal on muide ka juba rabarberil otsad maast v\u00e4ljas. Ilmnes, et ka meie \u00fclesharitaval aiamaal on see m\u00f5nus rabarberip\u00f5\u00f5sas olemas. Vana sodi ja risu alt tuleb n\u00e4htavale aina uusi leide :)<br \/>\nJa koogist endast. Leidsin ma selle <a href=\"http:\/\/liisil.blogspot.com\/2012\/03\/lihtne-martsipani-rabarberikook.html\">Liisi<\/a> blogist.<br \/>\nRetsept muutmata kujul:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lihtne martsipani-rabarberikook<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>3 muna<br \/>\n2 dl suhkrut<br \/>\n3 dl jahu<br \/>\n1 tl k\u00fcpsetuspulbrit<br \/>\n2 tl vaniljesuhkrut<br \/>\n100 g martsipani<br \/>\n1 dl piima<br \/>\n50 g sulatatud v\u00f5id<br \/>\n300 g (k\u00fclmutatud) rabarberit<br \/>\n1 sp maisit\u00e4rklist<\/p>\n<p>Vahusta munad suhkruga kohevaks vahuks. Lisa juurde k\u00fcpsetuspulbriga segatud jahu, vaniljesuhkur ja riivitud martsipan. Sega munavahu hulka piim ja sulatatud v\u00f5i.<br \/>\nSega k\u00fclmutatud rabarber t\u00e4rklisega, et ei tekiks liigset vedelikku.<br \/>\nT\u00f5sta 1\/3 tainast k\u00fcpsetuspaberiga kaetud 24-cm l\u00e4bim\u00f5\u00f5duga lahtik\u00e4iva koogivormi p\u00f5hja. Puista peale pool rabarberist, kata j\u00e4rgmise 1\/3 taignaga, mille peale \u00fclej\u00e4\u00e4nud rabarber ning l\u00f5puks viimane osa taignast. Vajadusel hajuta tainast lusikaga, et k\u00f5ik rabarberit\u00fckid oleksid taignaga kaetud.<br \/>\nK\u00fcpseta 180-kraadises ahjus 30-40 minutit, kuni kook on pealt kr\u00f5be ja seest k\u00fcps.<br \/>\nLase jahtuda ja puista peale tuhksuhkrut.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tulemuse j\u00e4\u00e4dvustasin igaks juhuks kohe, sest&#8230;.mine sa seda tea, kas p\u00e4rast oleks mida pildistada. <\/p>\n<p><center><a href=\"\/pildid\/819\/IMG_9010.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/pildid\/819\/IMG_9010.jpg\" alt=\"kook\" \/><\/a><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Tegin t\u00e4na seda kooki juba teist korda ja tundub, et kolmas kord tuleb kindlasti varsti, sest kook ongi juba otsas :P<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eelmisel aastal olin v\u00e4ga usin ja panin s\u00fcgavk\u00fclma ikka p\u00e4ris korraliku portsu rabarbereid.
